We would like to invite you to become a member of the Persian Gulf Task Force. This is a pre-requisite condition for any activities. Below is the form for you to fill out. After completion, you will be considered as a new member of the PG task force.

The purpose of the following questionnaire is to identify the talents/skills of our members so that we will better achieve Persian Gulf (PG) goals.
Members promise to abide by PG rules of respecting other view points and not insulting others.

Your responses will be kept confidential. So answer as honestly as you can.
At PGTF, we are interested in finding ways of reaching to more individuals constantly.
